An example of the pineapple diet for 3 days:
- Day 1: consume only fresh pineapple and water.
- Day 2: pineapple, water and two cans of tuna (one for lunch and the other for dinner).
- Day 3 is identical to day 1.
Don’t forget to drink at least 2 liters of water every day.
